Its been awhile

It has been about a year since we last posted. So much has happened. I am going to keep this post short though. I just want to share two conversations that we have had with Joachim lately.

On our way to Church for the Annunciation. Joachim was wearing a striped white, grey and salmon colored shirt.

Joachim: Mama and Papa, why did you get me a pink shirt for church?

Papa: Its not pink Joachim, its salmon colored.

Joachim: Papa, salmon ARE pink.

And after dinner on Saturday night:

The kids had found our new puppy had made a mess in their room. Joachim and Macrina asked us to clean it up:

Papa: Mama can clean it up. I never wanted a new puppy.

Joachim: Sounds like a personal problem papa.

Papa went to go clean up the mess.
